'My journey with Christine started in the fall 2020 and for 4 months she was my go to girl. She set up a super easy and fun program that fit my life.

 I’m a nurse, I work nights and I thought it was impossible for me to find time and energy to be able to lose weight. Our first conversation I had no idea about counting macros and nutrition and she made it user friendly and it was so easy. 

Throughout my time with Christine she kept me accountable, she always was checking it not only in my fitness but my mental health as well. She was an amazing HYPE GIRL, I’d send her pictures and she would be hyping me up about something I didn’t even notice initially.
